Terms and Conditions

PROMOTER: Aspinall’s Club Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registration number 02495259, whose registered office is at C/O WB Company Services Limited, 3 Dorset Rise, Blackfriars, London, England, EC4Y 8EN, licensed by the Gambling Commission, trading as Wynn Mayfair (the “Promoter”).

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Wynn Mayfair gaming members who have active membership status (excluding Gaming Members who are active but not permitted to game due to outstanding enhanced due diligence documents) and who are in compliance with all Wynn Mayfair membership terms and conditions (each, a “Member”). This Promotion is completely free to enter and does not require any participation in any gaming activity. Participation is open only to individuals aged 18 or over, and subject to Wynn Mayfair membership eligibility.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). In addition, as it relates to the Promotion, Member agrees to accept the decisions made by the Promoter as final and binding.

DEFINITIONS:

Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

“Complimentary Entry” shall mean one (1) complimentary entry to the drawing provided to each Member who enters the Casino on a Gaming Day, or who requests an entry at the Wynn Mayfair registration desk.

“Earning Period” shall mean the period from 1st to 23rd December 2025.

“Gaming Day” shall mean the period beginning at 12:00 PM on any day and ending at 6:00 AM the following day.

“Lucky Chips” shall mean promotional chips issued by the Promoter that are subject to the following conditions:

Lucky Chips can be used by a Member as a stake/bet in a casino game at Wynn Mayfair in combination with cash or alone. The value stated on the face of Lucky Chips is only for the purposes of playing the casino game and for determining the value of the payment on a stake/bet.

Lucky Chips have no monetary value outside the casino game and cannot be used to obtain other goods or services, to offset any debts, or in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

Lucky Chips cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.

Lucky Chips remain valid until they are lost at the gaming table(s). The winning element of a bet using Lucky Chips will be paid in cash chips.

Lucky Chips may be played immediately and must be used by 31 December 2025. Lucky Chips must remain on the property of Wynn Mayfair at all times. If Lucky Chips are not played immediately, a member must store them at the Cash Desk under the Member’s Lucky Chip deposit account. Any Lucky Chips taken off property will immediately be forfeited and cannot be used for any future gaming.

“Prize Draw” will be held on 23 December 2025 at 10:00 PM. All Prize Draws will be administered fairly and effectively and will be independently supervised.

Prizes” shall refer to five (5) prizes as follows: one (1) first-place grand prize of £35,000 in Lucky Chips, one (1) second-place prize of £20,000 in Lucky Chips, one (1) third-place prize of £12,500 in Lucky Chip, one (1) fourth-place prize of £5,000 in Lucky Chips, one (1) fifth-place prize of £2,500 in Lucky Chips.

ENTRIES: Each Member is entitled to receive a Complimentary Entry each Gaming Day during the Earning Period by entering the Casino. In addition, a Member may qualify to receive additional entries based on certain game outcomes, as detailed below.

All entry tickets will be provided blank and must be filled in by the Member/Casino Staff with the Member’s name and membership number and deposited into the single drawing barrel located at the Cash Desk before the end of each gaming day.

ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: Additional entries to the Prize Draws (each, an “Additional Entry” and collectively, “Additional Entries”) may be earned as follows. There is no limit on the number of Additional Entries a Member can receive:

Double Ticket Days: During the Earning Period every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Reception will issue two (2) Complimentary Entry tickets to each Member on arrival instead of one (1).

Active Play Bonus: During the Earning Period at 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM daily, all Members with an open rated play session will receive one (1) Additional Entry ticket.

Table Games:

Roulette: During the Earning Period, the “winning number” will be the calendar date of the start of such Gaming Day (e.g., for the first Gaming Day, the “winning number” will be 1). If the ball lands on the “winning number” at the end of any roulette spin, any Member who placed any wager at that table during that spin will earn one (1) Additional Entry ticket. Members may only receive one (1) Additional Entry ticket per spin regardless of how many wagers they placed for that spin.

Blackjack: During the Earning Period, a Member who receives a suited “Blackjack” will receive one (1) Additional Entry ticker.

Three Card Poker: During the Earning Period, a Member who receives a “pair of Queens” will receive one (1) Additional Entry ticket.

Baccarat: During the Earning Period, a Member who receives a “Natural 9” will receive one (1) Additional Entry ticket.

Additional Entries will be available to earn throughout the Earning Period, and the issuance of Additional Entries will cease 30 minutes prior to the Prize Draw on 23 December 2025.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: To be eligible for the Prize Draw, Member/Casino Staff must ensure that the Member’s name and membership number are clearly written on the Complimentary Entry and each Additional Entry, which will then be folded and placed into the single drawing barrel located at the Cash Desk.

PRIZES: At the Prize Draw, winners for the available Prizes will be chosen at random from the drawing barrel by an independent observer, starting with the fifth-place prize and continuing up to the first-place prize. This means the fifth-place winner will be drawn first, then fourth, third, second, and finally the grand prize (first place) winner. Prize winners must be physically present at the time of the Prize Draw to claim their prize. Each Member may receive only one (1) Prize. If a Member is selected but is not present, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. The names of the prize winners will be announced on the day of the prize draw and published until 1:00 AM on the Reception. All prizes are awarded in Promoter’s sole discretion. Members shall be solely responsible for any and all prize-related expenses and fees including, without limitation, any and all taxes. All prizes may be subject to tax liability under UK law.

TERMS: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion at any time. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this Promotion. Members may withdraw from the promotion by submitting a written request to enquiries@wynnmayfair.com. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Member found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise tampering with or abusing the Promotion.

LIABILITIES: By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.

DISPUTES: Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion should be addressed immediately with the Casino Manager and will be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter’s complaint procedure.

PUBLICITY: By entering the Promotion, Members agree to have their name and image used for promotional and marketing purposes by Wynn Mayfair without additional compensation. If Members opt out, they acknowledge that in certain circumstances, information about winning entries may still need to be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested. Participation in publicity is voluntary. Wynn Mayfair will seek explicit consent from winners before publishing their personal information or images.

DATA PROTECTION: Personal data provided by Members will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
