Terms and Conditions

PROMOTER: Aspinall’s Club Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registration number 02495259, whose registered office is at C/O WB Company Services Limited, 3 Dorset Rise, Blackfriars, London, England, EC4Y 8EN, licensed by the Gambling Commission (“Promoter”).

ELIGIBILITY: This American roulette tournament (the “Tournament”) is open to all Wynn Mayfair gaming members aged 18 or over who have active membership status (excluding Gaming Members who are active but not permitted to game due to outstanding enhanced due diligence documents) and who are in compliance with all Wynn Mayfair membership terms and conditions (each, a “Member”). This Tournament is completely free to enter. Places are strictly subject to availability on a first come first served basis and the Promoter reserves the right to adjust the number of entries according to demand.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in this Tournament, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), in addition to the Club Rules, found at Reception and our website. In addition, as it relates to the Tournament, participating Members agree to accept the decisions made by Promoter as final and binding.

DEFINITIONS:

Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

“Entry” shall mean free, by invite, or subject to qualifying criteria.

“Tournament Period” shall mean the period starting on 29 August 2025 (during 18:30-20:30) and ending on 30 August 2025 (during 18:30-20:30).

“Tournament Coordinator” shall mean designated representative appointed by the Promoter to oversee the administration and conduct of the tournament. This individual (or team) is responsible for managing player assignments, enforcing tournament rules, verifying results, and making final decisions on disputes or exceptional circumstances. All decisions made by the Tournament Coordinator are final and binding.

“Day 1” shall mean Qualifying Rounds on 29 August 2025 (during 18:30-20:30).

“Day 2” shall mean Semi-Finals and Final on 30 August 2025 (during 18:30-20:30).

“Lucky Chips” shall mean promotional chips issued by Promoter that are subject to the following conditions:

Lucky Chips can be used by a Member as a stake/bet in a casino game at Wynn Mayfair in combination with cash or alone.

The value stated on the face of Lucky Chips is only for the purposes of playing the casino game and for determining the value of the payment on a stake/bet.

Lucky Chips have no monetary value outside of the Casino Game and cannot be used to obtain other goods or services, to offset any debts, in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

Lucky Chips cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.

Lucky Chips remain valid until they are lost at the gaming table(s). The winning element of a bet using Lucky Chips will be paid in cash chips.

Lucky Chips may be played immediately and must be used by 10 September 2025.

Lucky Chips must remain on the property of Wynn Mayfair at all times. If Lucky Chips are not played immediately, a member must store them at the Cash Desk under the Member’s Lucky Chip deposit account. Any Lucky Chips taken off property will immediate be forfeited and cannot be used for any future gaming.

“Prizes” shall mean two (2) prizes as follows: one (1) first-place grand prize of £50,000 in Lucky Chips, one (1) second-place prize of £25,000 in Lucky Chips.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: To be eligible for the Tournament, Members must ensure that they register in advance (before 18:00 on 29 August 2025) with Wynn Mayfair’s Marketing Host or Casino Manager.

GENERAL RULES: Standard American Roulette rules apply with a minimal bet starting at £100.00. Every Member who registered for the Tournament will receive £10,000 in non-value tournament chips. Players must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled qualifying/semi-final/final round or forfeit their place. In the event of a tie between Members, a playoff spin/s will determine the winner. All Tournament play will be monitored by Wynn Mayfair staff and subject to video surveillance. Wynn Mayfair reserves the right to remove or disqualify any player for misconduct or breach of these terms. Table assignments, progression decisions and results will be overseen, verified and confirmed by the Tournament Coordinator. All decisions are final.

GENERAL RULES FOR DAY 1: All registered Members will be randomly assigned to one of three (3) qualifying tables. Each table will host up to four (4) Members per qualifying round. Multiple qualifying rounds will take place between 18:30 and 20:30, with each round consisting of ten (10) spins.

Each Member may participate in only one (1) qualifying round.

The Member with the highest overall chip total in each qualifying round will advance to the semi-final round.

GENERAL RULES FOR DAY 2: On Day 2, all qualified Members from Day 1 will be randomly assigned to one of three (3) semi-final tables. Each semi-final table will host up to four (4) Members per round, with each table running two (2) rounds.

Each Member may participate in only one (1) semi-final round.

At the conclusion of all semi-final rounds, the six (6) Members with the highest overall chip totals will qualify for the final.

Final round:

The final round will consist of one (1) table featuring the six (6) finalists. The final will comprise two (2) separate rounds of ten (10) spins each.

In the first round, the finalist with the highest tournament chip total at the conclusion of the ten (10) spins will be declared the winner and awarded the first-place grand prize of £50,000 of Lucky Chips.

Following the announcement of the winner, a second round of ten (10) spins will be held. The finalist with the highest chip total in this second round (excluding the first-place grand prize winner) will be awarded the second-place prize of £25,000 Chips.

PRIZES: At the end of the final round, the Member with the highest chip total from the final round will receive the first-place prize and the Member with the second highest chip total from the final round will receive the second-place prize. Prize winners will be announced after the final round is concluded, and Members must be present to claim their Prize. The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notification of winning or to claim their Prize. If a Member is not present to claim their Prize, such Member will forfeit their Prize, and the Prize will be given to the next highest participant. No substitution or transfer of Prizes is permitted. All Prizes are awarded in Promoter’s sole discretion. Members shall be solely responsible for any and all Prize-related expenses and fees including, without limitation, any and all applicable taxes or charges (if applicable).

TERMS: Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion at any time. Employees of Wynn Mayfair, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this Promotion. Members may withdraw from the promotion by submitting a written request to enquiries@wynnmayfair.com.

LIABILITIES: By participating in this Promotion, Member agrees to release and hold harmless Promoter, Wynn Mayfair, and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.

DISPUTES: Any complaints arising from or in connection with the Tournament should be addressed immediately with the Casino Manager and will be dealt with in accordance with Wynn Mayfair’ complaint procedure.

PUBLICITY: By entering the Tournament, Members agree to have their name and image used for promotional and marketing purposes by Wynn Mayfair without additional compensation.

DATA PROTECTION: Personal data provided by Members will be handled in accordance with Wynn Mayfair Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
